Used Car / Van 30-Day Warranty On All Vehicles 

Warranty Period: 30 Days 

1. Coverage:
   The Seller warrants that the used vehicle, identified by make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and registration number, is free from mechanical defects in consideration of its description, age and milage for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions:
   a. The warranty is valid only for the original Buyer and is not transferable.
   b. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other non-manufacturer approved alterations.
   c. Routine maintenance, wear and tear items, and consumables are not covered under this warranty. 
3. Warranty Claims:
   a. To make a warranty claim, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the warranty period.
   b. The Buyer must present the used van to the Seller for inspection and repair at a location designated by the Seller.
   c. The Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective parts covered by this warranty. 
4. Exclusions:
   The following are specifically excluded from this warranty:
   a. Normal wear and tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, clutch, etc.).
   b. Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or misuse.
   c. Damage resulting from failure to perform routine maintenance.
   d. Damage caused from using incorrect fuel, running out of fuel or not keeping lubricants and AdBlue (if applicable) topped up. 
5. Limitation of Liability:
   a. The Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
   b. The Seller is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the used vehicle. 
6. Governing Law:
   This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Rights Act (2015). 
7. Entire Agreement:
   This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
